- October 28, 2026I was counting by eye how many there wereI opened 600 orders on screen and 18 of them were affected. From that I estimated the whole at about 150 and told the owner so. Counting it again with a read gave 38 — and the first read I wrote had answered 212.
- September 23, 2026A number that is quietly wrong is a number that stays trustedThe cash drawer was 2,400 pesos short. The cause was a line I wrote, treating a code we could not look up as cash — and what missed it every day was the reconciliation I had put in myself.

- A person always confirms the result. We use AI for reading and drafting, not for the final decision.
- Our Excel files are messy. Is that OK?
- Yes. Show us a few real examples. We look at what changes and what stays the same before deciding how to automate it.
