For Japanese companies

Japanese for head office, English for the local team — in one system

For Japanese companies doing business in the Philippines. Your local team enters data in English; head office in Japan checks it on Japanese screens and in Japanese reports. We build business systems and apps that work across languages like this.

What Japanese companies often tell us

  • Our local staff work in English and head office reads Japanese. We want the same data in both
  • Every month we rebuild the report for head office by hand from local Excel files
  • Japanese and Philippine holidays differ, so working days and cut-off dates don't line up
  • We want to see figures in both pesos and yen
  • We want paper and Excel requests and approvals done on a phone
  • Separate from head office's system, we need something small that fits how we work here

It doesn't need to be organised. Start with "Can you do this?"

What we can build

1

Japanese, English and Filipino screens

One system, with each user choosing the language of the screens. This website runs in three languages too: English, Japanese and Filipino (Taglish).

2

Reports for head office, made automatically

From your local Excel or CSV data, we generate Japanese reports (PDF or spreadsheets) in a fixed format. An English version of the same report can come with it.

3

Apps for local operations

Requests and approvals, daily reports, stock and equipment. On phones and computers, in English for your local team.

4

Holiday and working-day calendars

Japanese and Philippine holidays kept apart, so cut-off dates and deadlines are calculated correctly.

5

The right view for each person

Head office, local managers and staff each see their own screens and data. Sign-in and permissions use the same building blocks as our own products.

Questions

Can someone at head office in Japan check the screens and reports?
Yes. Screens and reports can be in Japanese too, and sign-in and permissions decide who sees what.
Can it work with our Excel files, or with head office's system?
We can build ways to exchange data as Excel or CSV. For a connection to head office's system, we check that system's specification before giving you an answer.
Which company do we sign with?
Inspo Nexus Global OPC, a company registered in the Philippines with its office in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
Can we start small?
Yes. We take on work as small as a single automated report. We often suggest starting where it helps most, then growing it.
If we ask, do we have to go ahead?
No. Look at our proposal and quote first, then decide.
